Mr. Schendel - Physical Education

The annual Saltcoats Meet is tomorrow.  Runners need to have everything they need for the exciting day.  GO KNIGHTS GO!

There is a practice for the cross-country team tomorrow at noon.  Bring your lunch.

There was a practice today.  Runners also received the information letter for the annual Saltcoats Meet on Friday.  Over 1000 runners from many different schools will be there.  The next practice will be on Wednesday at noon.

The next practice is tomorrow at 11:55.  Please bring your lunch and your energy.

Congratulations to the amazing 48 runners that represented M. C. Knoll yesterday.  The weather was cool, but the results were sizzling. Our next meet is on Monday.  A letter was given to each runner today about the details for the Deer Park Meet.

1.  Cross-country runners are off to Cherrydale tomorrow for the annual "Run for Peace"  meet.  Good luck runners!

1.  Students need outdoor running shoes for outdoor Physical Education classes. 2.  Cross-country runners will receive their jerseys tomorrow.  The first meet is on Thursday.  GO KNIGHTS GO!

1.  M. C. Knoll clothing orders are due tomorrow.  There are additional order forms in the school office. 2.  Permission forms and fees ($10.00) for cross-country running need to be given to Mr. Schendel.

Welcome back everyone!  I look forward to the upcoming school year and having the privilege of working with a variety of age groups during Physical Education classes.  Many classes will be in our wonderful gym, but there will be some classes outside as well.  All students should have proper footwear (running shoes) for the outdoor classes.
