Reminders for Friday, December 14th, 2012 (Day 6)

1. Students need to memorize the lyrics for our song for the Christmas program on Thursday. They did receive a copy from Mrs. Laviolette.
2. Students are encouraged to wear a white top and sunglasses for the Christmas song.
3.  There will be pictures with Santa for the Grade 6's on Tuesday.  The cost is $1.00 for a picture.
4.  Also on Tuesday, students can buy Candy Cane Grams.  Each one costs $0.25.
5.  Students are encouraged to wear Christmas colours on Wednesday or they can dress as their favourite Christmas character.
6.  Students will  make a wish on paper snowflakes on Thursday.
7.  Friday is Pajama Day.  Students will also watch a movie on Friday morning.  They can bring a snack and a healthy drink.

Racquetball Announcement

Tanner Prentice from Saskatchewan Racquetball Association has been doing introductory lessons for students in Grades 3 to 8 at our school.  He will be in the Gloria Hayden offering a session from 5:30 to 7:30.  Check it out!  $5.00 to experience and learn about racquetball.

Reminders for Wednesday, November 27th, 2013 (Day 5)

1. The M. C. Knoll clothing orders are due on Thursday. 2. The next Bake Sale is on Friday. Grade 6S is providing the baking. A note went home last Friday. 3. Students are encouraged to bring accessories for our Christmas song. Talk to your song or daughter about the details. 4.  Band students will spend part of their afternoon tomorrow at Yorkdale practicing for the annual Christmas concert.
