Reminders for Tuesday, December 15th, 2015 (Day 4)

1.  3 days of school remaining! 2.  The final day for Pictures with Santa Claus will be on Wednesday. 3.  There will be a Spirit Day on Friday.  Students are encouraged to wear pajamas.  Many of the classes will be enjoying a movie in the afternoon. 4.  Students are completing a video project in English Language Arts.  All of the groups need to have their necessary supplies.  All of the performers should be ready to record tomorrow.

Reminders for Thursday, December 10th, 2015 (Day 1)

1.  6 days of school remaining! 2.  Our annual Christmas concert is tonight.  The performance starts at 7:00.  We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the evening performance. 3.  Students will be going to the Gallagher Centre tomorrow to watch some exciting curling.  Students need to bring a lunch for tomorrow. 4.  There are some art contests going on.  Ask your son or daughter about the details.

Reminders for Monday, December 7th, 2015 (Day 4)

1.  9 days of school remaining! 2.  Our annual Christmas concert will be on Thursday.  There will be a 1:00 and 7:00 performance. 3.  The annual Band Christmas Concert is tonight. 4.  We will be creating two Christmas crafts before the break.  Students can bring the supplies on Monday.  Two letters were sent home on December 1st.

Reminders for Friday, December 4th, 2015 (Day 3)

1.  10 days of school remaining! 2.  Our annual Christmas concert will be on Thursday.  There will be a 1:00 and 7:00 performance. 3.  The curling permission forms are due on Monday. 4.  The annual Band Christmas Concert is on Monday evening. 5.  We will be creating two Christmas crafts before the break.  Students can bring the supplies on Monday.  Two letters were sent home on December 1st.

Reminders for Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 (Day 2)

1.  There is a Bake Sale on Friday.  We are also responsible for providing the baking for this one. 2.  There is another Spirit Day on Friday.  Wear your green and red. 3.  Both Grade 6 classrooms will be attending the big curling event in our community.  We will be watching a draw next Friday.  A letter was sent home recently.  The permission form is due back on Monday. 4.  Good luck to the Band students in 6S.  The annual Christmas concert will be on Monday night.

1.  We are collecting non-perishable food.  Tomorrow is the deadline.  Thanks for your donations. 2.  Students are creating a "Personal Timeline" in Career Education.  Some supplies can be brought from home.  Ask your son/daughter about the assessment and details.  Supplies should be at school for tomorrow. 3.  Families are invited to come for breakfast on Friday.  This is part of Education Week. 4.  Picture orders are due on Monday.

Reminders for Thursday, September 24th, 2015 (Day 5)

1.  The next cross-country meet is on Friday at Saltcoats.  For some of the runners, this will be their last meet of the season. 2.  We are collecting donations for our annual Terry Fox Walk/Run on October 2nd. 3.  A "Picture Day" form was sent home earlier this week.  School pictures will be on October 1st.  Bring your smile!

1.  2 days remaining!  Yahoo! 2.  Grade 6S and 6K will go on a community bike ride on Thursday afternoon. 3.  Students can bring a board game or a deck of cards for Thursday and Friday.  They will get an opportunity to play games with each other. 4.  We will have an assembly, talent show, and more on Friday.
