Reminders for Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 (Day 2)

1.  3 days remaining! 2.  The annual Grade 6 Community Bike Ride will be on Monday afternoon.  The students should pack a bag with something to eat and drink.  They can also bring money for our stop at the Co-op service station.  3.  Students can bring some additional bags for tomorrow.  A big portion of their supplies can be taken home tomorrow at 3:30.  Yahoo! 4.  6S will be going for a walk tomorrow at 1:00 pm.  We will stop at Weinmaster Park for some additional fun.  A letter was sent home today.

Reminders for Friday, June 17th, 2016 (Day 4)

1.  Happy Father's Day to all of the dads of 6S students.  Have a great Sunday! 2.  The students in 6S and 6K will be going on a long community bike ride on Monday, June 27th.  Permission forms are due this Monday. 3.  Students can bring an extra drink and snack for Monday afternoon.  We will be watching the movie Chronicles of Narnia .  

Homework for Wednesday, June 15th, 2016 (Day 2)

1.  Mathematics - Study (Summative Assessment for SS6.5 on Fri.) 2.  English Language Arts - Chapters 16 and 17 Comprehension Responses (Due Thurs.) and Study (Novel Study Summative Sequencing Assessment on Fri.) 3.  Arts Education (Visual Art) - Identity Painting Explanation/Reflection (Due Thurs.)

Reminders for Monday, June 13th, 2016 (Day 6)

1.  6S and 6K will be going to Moose Jaw tomorrow.  Mr. Schendel is currently reading Tunnels of Time .  The students will visit the tunnels and also visit the Western Development Museum. 2.  There will be another Spirit Day on Friday.  Students can wear any Hawaiian wear on that day.

Reminders for Friday, June 10th, 2016 (Day 5)

1.  6S and 6K will be going to Moose Jaw on Tuesday.  Mr. Schendel is currently reading Tunnels of Time .  The students will visit the tunnels and also visit the Western Development Museum. 2.  Students need to bring an egg carton for Wednesday. 3.  There will be another Spirit Day on Friday.  Students can wear any Hawaiian wear on that day.

Reminders for Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 (Day 3)

1.  6S and 6K will be going to Moose Jaw on Tuesday, June 14th.  Mr. Schendel is currently reading Tunnels of Time .  The students will visit the tunnels and also visit the Western Development Museum. 2.  Thursday is an anti-bullying awareness day.  Students are encouraged to wear some pink clothing.

1.  Students need to bring a photograph (4 x 6) that represents their own identity.  In Arts Ed. (Visual Art), students will reproduce the photograph and create a painting. 2.  6S and 6K will be going to Moose Jaw on Tuesday, June 14th.  Mr. Schendel is currently reading Tunnels of Time .  The students will visit the tunnels and also visit the Western Development Museum.  A letter was sent home today. 3.  The students in 6S will also be attending a Safety Presentation on Tuesday, June 7th.  A letter about this event was also sent home today.
